SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Business days exclude weekends, public holidays and any advertised business closure periods.
During promotional events, sales periods and peak trading times, dispatch times may be extended.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are:
United Kingdom
• 2–4 business days
International Orders
• 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the selected courier service. Delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, severe weather, industrial action or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Please check all address details carefully before placing your order.
DW Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options, including waiting for new stock, selecting an alternative product, store credit or a refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local charges or clearance fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are payable by the customer.
DW Aesthetics has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If an order is refused, unclaimed or returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal to pay customs charges, DW Aesthetics reserves the right to deduct any shipping, return shipping, administration and restocking costs incurred before issuing any refund, where permitted by law.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
If your parcel is lost or has not been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to complete a Denial of Receipt (DOR) declaration or provide additional information to allow us to investigate the matter with the courier.
Once the courier investigation has been completed, we will review the outcome and provide an appropriate resolution.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once order processing has commenced.
Orders that have already been dispatched will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
