RETURNS, REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At DW Aesthetics, we take great care in the manufacture, storage and dispatch of our skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, special conditions apply to returns, refunds and exchanges.

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

RETURNS OF SKINCARE PRODUCTS

Our products are intended for direct application to the skin. For health protection, hygiene and customer safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, tested, tampered with, damaged after delivery, or is otherwise unsuitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients and suitability before making a purchase.

We strongly recommend conducting a patch test prior to full application.

RETURN AUTHORISATION

All returns must be authorised by DW Aesthetics before being sent back.

Customers must contact us and obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns received without a valid Return Authorisation Number may be refused and returned to the sender.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:

• Order number
• Full description of the issue
• Clear photographic evidence

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate the claim.

Once verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged upon arrival, or supplied incorrectly.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

DW Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit.

All authorised returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be considered where products are faulty, damaged, not as described, or where customers have statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation.

Where a return is accepted, products must be returned unused, unopened and in a fully re-saleable condition.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

RESTOCKING CHARGE

Where a return is accepted for non-faulty goods, DW Aesthetics reserves the right to deduct a restocking and administration fee of up to 20% of the purchase price, together with any applicable delivery charges.

STORE CREDIT

At the discretion of DW Aesthetics, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.

Any store credit issued:

• Must be used within 3 months of the issue date.
• Is non-transferable.
• Has no cash value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Store credit offered as a goodwill gesture is entirely at the discretion of DW Aesthetics and does not affect a customer's statutory rights.

ALLERGIES, SENSITIVITIES & PATCH TESTING

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchasing products.

As skin types vary, we strongly recommend carrying out a patch test before use.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, medical skin conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the care of a medical professional, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner before use.

DW Aesthetics cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability for defective products or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

PRODUCT RESULTS

Individual results vary depending on skin type, skin condition, lifestyle, compliance with instructions and other factors beyond our control.

While many customers achieve positive results, DW Aesthetics does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of any product.

SUN SENSITIVITY

Products containing Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs), chemical exfoliants or peeling agents may increase sensitivity to sunlight.

We recommend the daily use of a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher, preferably SPF 50, during and after use of such products.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that consumers may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
