Returns & Exchanges
Please understand that due to the cosmeceutical nature of our products, all sales are FINAL.
Refund or exchanges are only offered on a discretionary basis, if the goods are damaged, faulty or not what you originally ordered. We will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. To be eligible, we must be notified via email, with picture evidence, within 48 hours on receipt of goods. Items returned in perfectly new, unopened and re-sellable condition will be exchanged in full as long as it is received by us within 48 hours of purchase.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel).
Returns received in poor condition, i.e. leaking, broken, etc., ARE NOT eligible for an exchange. Please take care in packing items authorized for return. Please pack items for return in a box, not an envelope, to ensure safe delivery. Email us via the Contact Us page on the website for your Return Authorization Number. Please provide the reason for the return and condition of the product.
All returns must be issued a Return Authorization Number or they will not be accepted. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your refund or exchange. We do have the rights to deduct the shipping amount or discounted prices paid in the original order.
We advise all our customers to check the ingredients prior to purchasing any of our products. If you are allergic to any of our ingredients we advise you steer clear from purchasing the product. Always patch test products before use. We do not take responsibility for any form of allergic reactions from our products.
AGREEMENT: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DW Aesthetics Ltd, www.dwaesthetics.com, its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and liabilities of whatever nature and howsoever arising (including but not limited to any legal or other professional fees and the costs of defending or prosecuting any claim and any other direct or consequential loss) incurred or suffered directly or indirectly as a result of using any product listed on our website.
Sun Sensitivity Clients need to be aware that by using glycolic acid and other peeling products, your skin will be more photo-sensitive than normal. It is recommended that you use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30, preferably SPF 50 or higher, after using skin peel products. The cosmetics industry recommends using an SPF for at all times.

Our Chemical Peels, as with any peeling product, some people are resistant to acids. If you think you fall into this category, please "pass" on purchasing the product. While most of our clients enjoy great success with our chemical peels, we cannot guarantee results. You assume sole risk and responsibility when using these products, as each person's skin is unique, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness of products. You are using products listed on our web site at your sole risk and are responsible for all actions and consequences of use and misuse. Always patch test products before use.
