Our Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders with 48hrs of receipt. This excludes bank holidays and weekends.
The address information you provide to us is copied directly into our shipping software. Thus, please check your order submissions carefully. We will not be held responsible for the inevitable consequences resulting from address, post code, zip code, and other shipping-information errors made by the client.
Please allow 2-3 working days for skin care products to be delivered. All orders will be posted via special delivery. During sale or promotion periods delivery times may be extended to cope with demand.
DW Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking charge on all orders not accepted or refused for delivery.
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been processed. Should the items you wish to purchase be out of stock you will be notified immediately of the new delivery date. You will be required to select your shipping location on checkout. If you fail to select the correct shipping location then your order will be delayed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RETURNS
There are no returns or exchanges on international orders. Please note that we do not take responsibility regarding additional custom and duty fees applied.
DW Aesthetics Ltd uses secure payment systems to process customer online payments. It is 100% SECURE and you don't need an account to place an order. You can use any major credit/debit card to pay for your products. After you submit your order you will be directed to payment section to make payment. Failure to make payment will be classed as a cancelled order.
Please take time to carefully review your final order, which will be sent to you by email. If any mistakes are noticed or if you wish to change any details, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to re-order.
Request to cancel your order will not be possible after 15 minutes once your order has been placed.
We do not amend or correct orders for those who have not applied the discount code at checkout. Your order will be processed as per our normal procedure.
